Collection: Lavashak – Persian Fruit Leather

Lavashak is a traditional Persian fruit leather that's been made in Iran and other parts of West Asia for centuries. It's made by cooking ripe fruit down to a purée, then spreading it thin and drying it into chewy, tangy sheets, traditionally in the sun. We make ours in small batches from real fruit, with no syrups, fillers, or added sugar.
