Honestly, I’m very impressed. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it. The first bite instantly took me back to my childhood and my aunt’s homemade lavashak zard aloo.
Like many Persians in the US, I’ve tried nearly every lavashak brand on the market, from Sadaf to Golchin to Lavashak Lovers. These guys genuinely elevated the original concept, improving it with a gourmet touch. I also love that it’s not wrapped in plastic. kudos to whoever made that decision.
This isn’t the lavashak I ate as a 7-year-old in Isfahan. This is a refined version, one you can proudly enjoy and share with your children and friends
