Cancellation policy

In-stock orders In-stock orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order has likely entered processing and cannot be canceled. If you miss the window, you may request a refund after delivery under our Refund Policy.

Pre-orders When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Payment is collected in full at checkout.

Lead times Pre-order lead times are estimates and subject to change without notice based on current production volume. A large order, high demand period, or supply constraint can extend lead times at any time. The estimate shown at checkout reflects conditions at the time of purchase — it is not a guaranteed ship date. We will do our best to communicate significant delays by email, but we cannot guarantee advance notice in all cases.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these pre-order terms, including the variable lead time.

Cancellations Pre-orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement by contacting us at info@darbandcandy.com. After 48 hours, your order enters our production queue and cannot be canceled or modified.

Exception: If your order has not shipped within 6 weeks of placement, you may request a full refund regardless of the cancellation window.
