Cancellation Policy

In-stock orders
Can be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order has entered processing and can't be canceled — but you're covered by our Refund Policy after delivery.

Pre-orders
Can be canceled within 48 hours of placing your order by emailing info@darbandlavashak.com. After 48 hours, your order enters our production queue and can't be canceled or modified.

If your pre-order hasn't shipped within 6 weeks of purchase, you can request a full refund at any time — no need to fall within the 48-hour window.

About pre-orders
A pre-order means the item isn't ready for immediate shipment yet, so lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Payment is collected in full at checkout. Lead times shown at checkout reflect conditions at that moment and can change based on demand or production capacity. We'll try to email you about any significant delay, though we can't promise advance notice in every case. Completing your purchase means you've read and accepted these terms.
