We want you to love your lavashak. If you're not satisfied for any reason — including taste — you may request a refund within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

As a food product, lavashak cannot be physically returned once opened. That's okay — we don't require you to send it back. Just email us and let us know what didn't work for you; this helps us keep improving. At our discretion, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

How to request a refund

Email info@darbandlavashak.com with your order number and a brief note on what didn't meet expectations. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
